Use Fabric Loader 0.14.25, also next time please do a search to see if your issue has already been solved. If this solves your issue please close the ticket.

Make sure you are using the new play profile that is created by the Fabric Loader installer. That WILL fix your issue I assure you. IF however it creates a different error then please post the new error, otherwise kindly close this ticket when your issue has been resolved.

You're probably using the wrong versions for optifine and optifabric, you can find them here
