"For Mod Devs" out of date

The section for mod devs seems completely out of date. I can't seem to grab the latest versions of Optifabric described there. https://jitpack.io/com/github/Chocohead/OptiFabric/ only has some legacy stuff uploaded.

Got it to work with "modImplementation 'com.github.Chocohead:OptiFabric:llama-SNAPSHOT'"

Even though the download works now there are tons of errors. Section should get reworked.
