OptiFabric Crashes 1.17.1 when BlackPowder mod is installed

MC: 1.17.1
Fabric API: fabric-api-0.37.1+1.17
OptiFine: preview_OptiFine_1.17.1_HD_U_G9_pre32}
Mod: black-powder-1.0.6 (1.17)

Note: all other installed mods DO NOT crash. It only crashes once adding BlackPowder mod
