I am using one more mod besides optifabric, and it looks like it conflicts with it, is it possible to somehow fix this from the optifabric side?

The two warnings there are irrelevant, it's just Fabric Loader acknowledging more than one mod included parts of Fabric API. If the game won't start/is crashing there should be something more substantial either at the bottom of the log file or as a pop-up window if you're using Fabric Loader 0.12+
