OptiFabric crashes my game every time I try loading into a world/server.

Every time I use OptiFabric, my game crashes when trying to load into the world with the error code "The game crashed whilst unexpected error
Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: Mixin transformation of net.minecraft.class_6850 failed
Exit Code: -1"
Does not happen with any other mods, including OptiFine itself. I have to run several mods like Logical zoom, dynamic lights, Iris shaders and sodium to imitate OptiFabric/OptiFine. I have no idea why this has been happening.
