This mod will not work with Immersive Portals, when I attempt to launch Minecraft with both mods in my mods folder, Minecraft sends a error message saying OptiFabric will not work with Immersive Portals 1.2.5 or any other version.

Same here. Would love to use both at the same time. I remember this issue was fixed back in 1.17.1, but it seems to have come up again.
