when i try using Optifabric it just gets stucked in the loading screen looping over and over

Try using optifine 1.18.1 H4 instead of H5 as H5 is not supported

bc you are using an old optifabric version. You can go to "pull requests" download the last version and test.

try using OptiFabric 1.13.0

Try using OptiFabric 1.13.0, Fabric API 0.53.3 and any version of Optifine.
