I noticed today that there are always a few words missing on signs.
After that I uninstalled my mods, and found out that it is because of Optifabric.

This is how it should be:

Line 1 "I am a "
Line 2 "sign, and hang here"
Line 3 " because me a player"
Line 4 "hung up there"

For me it is like this:

Line 1 "I am "
Line 2 "sign, and hang "
Line 3 " because a "
Line 4 "hung up there "

what can I do now?
i use Fabric 1.18.2 together with optifabric version 1.12.11 , but had this problem also in 1.18.1 with 1.12.10

Hmm, I haven't seen this issue. Can I ask you to add a screenshot? If I can reproduce it, I can figure out why.

And I had uninstalled the Optifabric mod yesterday as well as the Optifine.jar file, so I saw everything.
installed again -> it was gone again

I’ll look into it in an hour, and see if I can find a fix. I don’t have an issue with signs, however so this is new for me.

Hey, it seems to come from Optfine. When I play without mods and only with the Optfine client, I have the same problem
