So I'm kind of driving myself a little crazy atm.

In my latest attempt, I have the latest versions of Fabric, OptiFabric, and OptiFine installed. I've tried using the H4 version of Optifine. I've tried using earlier versions of Fabric API. I've tried earlier versions of OptiFabric, too!

Nothing I've used together seems to work to allow OptiFine to load. The game loads just fine, even if I have all my other usual mods installed, but OptiFine doesn't. There's no crash log, no error message, nothing. It's like it doesn't even recognize OptiFine is there?

This is all I currently have in my mods folder, thinking maybe some other mod was interacting in a weird way. But I've got nothing. :( Any help is appreciated, thank you!

This might be because 1.18 and 1.18.1 versions are incompatible with 1.18.2 versions, which you are running a 1.18.2 version of Optifabric, while there's a 1.18.1 version of Optifine in the mods folder.
My suggestion? Update Fabric API to version 0.51.1 and switch out the H6 1.18.1 version with the 1.18.2 version, or
downgrade your OptiFabric to version 1.12.10 and keep your Fabric API the same version.
