Not sure if this is OptiFabric or just Optifine, but when I hold an item and open my inventory, the game crashes. I use Not Enough Crashes and when I open the world after the crash there is a cube with random textures on the screen, I don't have a hand, entities are invisible, my skin is the texture of my cape in the inventory, and there are a bunch of other weird glitches.
