This is an issue on OptiFabric's end. They'll have to change their mixin target from
me/shedaniel/architectury/
todev/architectury

This issue is already fixed. not related if you're using 1.13.16
As reported in some recent issues, at least JEI and Optifabric are incompatible for 1.19.x.
I see. Thanks for the explaination.
I guess I have to wait then or use REI for a while.

I tried to use optifabric only with optifine 1.19.2 but the same problem is not changing

Can I ask what mods you ran with?
I think you said about optifine+optifabric+fabric-api, so I tried to run with the following mods set (only), but it didn't crash:
[✔] fabric-api-0.68.0+1.19.2
[✔] optifabric-1.13.16
[✔] preview_OptiFine_1.19.2_HD_U_I1_pre4
...
[19:51:28] [main/INFO]: Loading Minecraft 1.19.2 with Fabric Loader 0.14.11
Please check the latest.log from the logs folder to understand your problem.
