This is an issue on OptiFabric's end. They'll have to change their mixin target from me/shedaniel/architectury/ to dev/architectury

This issue is already fixed. not related if you're using 1.13.16

As reported in some recent issues, at least JEI and Optifabric are incompatible for 1.19.x.

Can I ask what mods you ran with?
I think you said about optifine+optifabric+fabric-api, so I tried to run with the following mods set (only), but it didn't crash:

...

Please check the latest.log from the logs folder to understand your problem.
