OptiFine_1.16.4_HD_U_G6 or OptiFine_1.16.4_HD_U_G7 + OptiForge OptiForge-MC1.16.4-0.4.6 tested, same crashes, forge version 1.16.4-35.1.37

It looks like not an optiforge issue, can you provide your debug.log?

It seems that your optifine jar was broken, try to redownload it. And the latest version of OptiFine 1.16.4 is G7, but the log told it is G6. Also check if you installed duplicated optifine.

So G7 crashed with same crash-log, already tried
