To make it simple, ill just explain why i am suggesting this feature.

I am trying to make a stoneblock style modpack, however i have a insane amount of blocks i need to remove spawning and force spawning else where, and the only methods i can find to not spawn the ore in the main stoneblock world require me to customize each block individually. With 73 blocks of varying types and rarities, that comes as sort of a issue.

All i want is the ability to say "Nothing but stone spawns in this dimension" and "This dimension everything spawns like the overworld".
