Description of the Bug
AE2's Growth Accelerator has no noticeable acceleration effect on the spawning or growth of minerals.

Coal suspended in the air grows faster than if it were near or next to an accelerator, whether the accelerator's target is the coal itself or the ore from which the coal crystallized.
I originally added the crystal block from Ore Growth to the ae2:growth_acceleratable tag from Applied Energistics 2 for this request #26.
However, it seems I forgot to actually add the block to the tag, hence it is currently just generating an empty tag 🤦♂️
