Include "blacklistDimensions" and "blacklistBiomes" in gen[] for Ores in TUTORIAL.hjson.

I had to check the source code to find out that you can actually use the biomes and dimensions as blacklists. I was about to make a custom version to implement just that.

This was resolved in e78fc0ad

Since several of these issues are from the same user, I'll supply a build when they're all complete in the comments of #120.
