when you plant any ore tree into a bonsai pot with dirt, it doesn't have any animation and it gives it's drops every few seconds instead of what it should be = around an hour

I'd never added "minecraft:dirt" as the soil of any trees in the mod. There may be a 3rd-party datapack in your Minecraft instance.
