• I have searched for this issue previously and it was either (1) not previously reported, or (2) previously fixed and I am having the same problem.

Issue Description

Sometimes upon starting server it crashes with ("Mod loading error has occurred").
This doesn't happen every time but it does once in awhile.

To me this feels like a race condition which I can't really do much about
