The current recipe for lead blocks is lead ingots in a 2x2 grid. This conflicts with the existing recipe for Lead trap doors when Supplementaries is installed as that is also crafted with lead ingots in a 2x2 grid. I assume the recipe for lead blocks is meant to be lead ingots in a 3x3 grid like every other block form of ingots so a change to this will fix the issue.
