so in a modpack im playing with i realized that electrum is a bit slower compared to other armors (like environmentals wanderers boots), so i wanted to see if its possible to buff its speed but there doesn't appear to be.

yes, it solves the issue of balancing as it allows you to adjust the speed accordingly to other sources of speed (as mentioned before), plus some people might want to change the speed due to personal preference.
