I'm playing in a server with my friends and I am some sort of cat.
when one of them joined the game he chose to be a blaze, and normally teleported to the nether when he joined/died.

I have died and got teleported to the nether even though I am not a blaze, any fixes?

I think this problem has been addressed before. Are you using netherportalfix by any chance?
