Origin Gone When Rebooting World? [1.19.2]

Hello!
Origin worked perfectly before (I picked Shulk), but when I logged back in after eating dinner, I could no longer use my skill. When checking my origin to see what was up, it was gone! It read, "You can not choose an origin."
Resetting the picture for my world prompted the option to choose my origin again without resetting the world as a whole; however, the items in my Shulk inventory space were gone. It kind of sucks when I put all my valuables there...
Thank you!

This is happening to me in the 1.18.2 version

Singleplayer 1.18.2 - can attest to also getting this and it's rather annoying. I'd previously played a modpack (Another Quality Modpack 2) that used the Fabric version of this (I was also on server) and I had no problems. That was using 1.18.2-1.4.1. Now, playing Another Quality Modpack 3 (Forge), that also uses Origins, I'm experiencing this (Origins is version 1.18.2-1.5.0.1). Hopefully this can be sorted out, I now cannot trust my Shulk storage at all because it seems pretty consistently that I lose stuff. Sometimes I load my world and hitting the keybind to open the storage does nothing. Then when I leave and rejoin, the menu loads, but all my stuff in there before is now gone.

I will add that I do seem to be able to rather consistently repro this:

  1. Put stuff in your Shulk Hoarder inventory (obviously don't put stuff you care about in there).
  2. Save and quit to title, and then quit the game.
  3. Relaunch the game.
  4. Startup your single-player world. When it loads in, hit escape to pause.
  5. Stay paused for some time, maybe even Alt-Tab to another window. Watch a video or something.
  6. Back on the MC Pause menu, click the mods menu (I'm not 100% sure this is relevant, but it might be), then hit escape to leave the mods menu and resume the game. For me, this is where hitting the keybind to open the inventory does nothing. I may be origin-less at this time.
  7. I then exit to the main menu again, but instead of quitting, simply relaunch my world.
  8. This time, I can successfully load the Hoarder inventory via the keybind, but now the inventory is empty.

I've gone ahead and attached a repro video below as well in case that benefits anyone. Because it takes a few minutes to repro, I've made several jump cuts just to avoid the loading screens. Please let me know if there is more information I can provide that would be of help. This is an annoying bugger and hopefully somehow someway it can get fixed.
