I'm not entirely familiar with phantom but this issue has been occurring recently on the newest Minecraft 1.18.2 Origins mod.

From my understanding phantom vision is supposed to be like x-ray, if I am wrong sorry for the issue opening.

What is expected: Being able to clearly see through blocks

What is occurring: Completely black void

Forge version: 40.1.85 (1.18.2)

What I am looking at is seeable from the surface, however caves are completely dark and unseeable here.
