Keeping attributes even after switching back to human origin with orb after /reload

To recreate:
- Load up a new world
- pick any origin with an attribute reward
- do /reload
- use orb to revert back to human form and you will keep any and all attributes given to your origin.
This seems to work with just giving yourself powers with commands as well. As far as my testing for this goes its only attributes that do this. This is a fresh minecraft instance with no other mods
