Original 9 Origins not showing up as options

Haven't seen anyone else w this issue so I'll make one here. I have a large modpack w/ origins forge, paps fantasy origins, and mushroom origins as my three origins mods and only origins from the extra two and not the original mod show up for anyone on the server. Attempting to manually set someone's origin to one of the main ones results in a message along the lines of "that origin doesn't exist in layer:origins!" and also doesn't work w the origins orb item. This is an issue for all players on the server, and upon login the original 9 are not playable options despite all of them being enabled in the config. This issue persists in singleplayer worlds as well
on the most recent version btw
