[1.16.5] Random Nether spawnpoint on death without using a nether-spawn Origin

Multiple people on my server have complained about spawning in the Nether without being an Origin that should spawn there. It also ignored their bed spawnpoint. Their next death spawned them in their beds again. One specific player spawned in the Nether roof, as the Pengling Origin from the Origins Reservoir 2 mod, which is supposed to spawn in the Tundra.
