Dimensional Teleportation

First of all there needs to be a limit, I can just spam teleport from dimension to dimension, making it very over powered for any kind of traveling. Second, it needs to have some kind of debuff when you use it, for ex. Weakness for 2 minutes every teleportation, or wither for 20s every teleportation. I even added a bunch of other origin mods for my server and it still seems to be that this is the most overpowered race, and there is no incentive to chose anything other than it.
