s1
I get invalid player data error when creating a new world in origins-plus plus-2.0

commented

Have you got XL Packets and Connectivity installed? (I’m not sure if they work on/are available for 1.19.3)

commented

I've also got this issue but on 1.19.2
I'm going to try that bug fix you recommended, but XL Packets is only updated as far as 1.19.2
I tried it with Connectivity & XL Packets, still got disconnected/timed out.
Hopefully the server takes some of this strain away, otherwise I may not be able to include this mod in my server.

Should be noted I attempted this on a single-player world.

Same to me I have conectivity and xl packets and once i create a new world the screen spashes appearing a message, literaly says: Invalid Player data

@MrBOOMberMAN @AspenCypress @Rogenar Are you using Fabric or Forge?

commented

Fabric versiyon.

commented

I don’t know if it would help, but you could try deleting the origins config (origins_server.json) as it might have something to do with a lot of powers being renamed/changed

commented

I did what you said but still faced the same problem.

commented

Hmm, I don’t know why that would be happening then. When I was testing it before release I didn’t have that issue, but I’ll have another look as it seems to be occurring quite a bit

commented

Another interesting fact I found about this specific bug is that whenever it kicks you from the singleplayer world, it acts as if you were in a server. Whenever it gives you the "Invalid Player Data" or "Disconnected" error, it will allow you to "Return to server list", except you never clicked multiplayer on the start menu to begin with.

EDIT 1:
Let's also talk about that bug fix you recommended, which is deleting (origins_server.json).
I tried that, and kept the file location open on my second monitor. I deleted it, booted up Minecraft, and it put the file back in. I delete it, boot up the world, and it puts it back in again just before I boot up the world. Clearly, it's not able to be deleted as it will insert itself back in whenever you try to boot Minecraft/join a world.

EDIT 2:
Regarding your previous question, I am on Fabric.

EDIT 3:
I've tried to do this on my server, and it comes up with the same error.
Here's the error:

I'm using the lastest forge version for minecraft 1.19.2

Happens to me too forge 1.19.2

I'm not really sure how to fix this. I've seen it quite a bit before with Forge, but not really with Fabric. I mean, you could try https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/extra-thicc-packets or https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/packet-size-doubler-forge, but as far as I can tell, they do the same as XL Packets

commented

ok problem solved. extra thicc packets fabric mod is required. now i was able to create my world and 115 classes appeared.

commented

Install thicc packets fabric mod on your server then it will be fixed. @AspenCypress

commented

Great! I’ll add that to the CurseForge page

commented

The fix @Rogenar offered works for single player worlds only.
Even paired with connectivity, I am unable to use the modpack within my server.

EDIT:
Solution for server-side:
Put both Connectivity & Extra Thicc Packets in the server and client-side mods folders.

and for forge?

commented

@Rogenar That's what I just said in the edit.
