Staring at an Mob or Player doesn't Inflict Any Potion effects nor kills them after 45 Seconds.
Only the Glowing Effect applies.

I figured out that it has something to do with the Prism Launcher apparently?
After installing the mod in a dedicated Instance, it got fixed.
I'm investigating further!

Logs saying the following:

[13:41:59] [Render thread/ERROR]: Error while reading power holder data: Could not get power type from id 'origins-plus-plus:enigma/sight', as it was not registered!
[13:41:59] [Render thread/WARN]: Could not find origin layer with id origins-classes:class, which existed on the data of player literal{KaguyaHime_}.

Hmm, that's strange. At least you managed to find a fix, I don't know why Prism launcher specifically would cause the issue.
