I could not equip armor on some Origins
like the Shifter for example

Are you using Fabric or Forge? And what version of Origins/Origins++?

At the moment, I cannot reproduce your issue to be able to troubleshoot it, but I might be able to if you provide some more details.

Also, what sub-origin of the shifter?

actually as wel while i am here, does any of these things mean anything?

almost all of it, i am mostly in feline form and i cant wear anything
also using forge
origins-plus-plus-2.0-forge
origins-forge-1.19.2-1.5.0.6-all

I don't think its related to the missing powers error

This is an issue with Origins (Forge) itself. I've reported it to the developers, so hopefully it is fixed soon.
