Does the weakness apply to all bosses in other mods? For example the Hydra in Twilight Forest mod and the Devine Architect's weakness to bosses.

No, at the moment, it's only the Ender Dragon, Elder Guardian and Wither. I am looking at options to make it easier to add mod compatibility in the future though.
