Sometimes when trying to take a mob on the hands, it is not taken, or rather visually it is on top, but when you try to throw it, it teleports to the previous place, it is also understandable if you try to take the player I will have it on top, but on his screen it will continue to walk around the world and if I throw it at this point nothing will happen except that I will no longer see it from above and on the screen of the second player nothing will happen.

I also tried deleting all mods except origins but nothing changed

I've seen this issue reported before, but I am unable to replicate it using the latest versions and all latest dependencies. I believe it might be a part of Origins that is a bit inconsistent and buggy, so there isn't really anything I can do about it. If you still have this issue, please try adding a screen recording so I can see more specifically what is happening.
