Do you have any ideas about how it could be balanced?

My origins are copper golem, when I place "raw copper", "copper ingot", "copper block" on the offhand, it will consume all of them regardless of the quantity, e.g. when I place 64 raw copper on the offhand, it will consume all of the 64 raw copper but will only return 2 points of hunger.
