Crashing Upon Death of a origin that spawns in other dimensions.

Origin
All origins that naturally spawn in other dimensions.
Notes
The crash only happens upon death of certain players that have origins that spawn in end or nether. After death the entire server completely shuts down. I have the crash file attached with the code it gives me after this event happens.
