Bot sure if its due any other mod (have not other mod causing anything related to spawns)
Even if i spawn in nether, after first death, the player appears on the overworld, also, game starts to crash a lot. Didnt tryed the other nether spawned origins yet. Will update if any new info about this is found

Sometimes (not always) even the first spawn is on overworld (no nether spawn). This last thing doesnt happens a lot, only on some of the "first attempts" to enter a new created world, after choosing the volcanic dragon as first origin.

Dont know if this issue was already notified here but didnt find it on issues.

Its happening with other origins, not with all, and not always, looks partially random, since i tested several origins, volvanic dragon can AND can not have the bug, as well as magmean, ghast, and other origins, so maybe this depends on where the spawn point is setted when the world is created? Im not sure now, for the moment, as long as I re-create the world until the nether spawn is ok, its not a big problem.

Bugged Nether spawn seems to always happen to me with the Withered Fox origin

in my case, on the third world i created, the withered fox had its spawn fixed by itself, so, maybe it depends on the place, or the biome your nether spawn is generated
my advice would be to re-create the world until u get a nether spawn that is not bugged (could create the world on single player and upload it to the server later when you find one that is okay, if you are going to play on a multiplayer)
