Not exactly a balance, but a fix to change the jump-float ability to be able to jump normally.

my problem was, it toggles this power each time you jump, which, even if for some ocasions could come handy, its kinda troublesome having it linked to the jump action itself, a way to toggle this ability would be nice, the way it is now its impossible to swim (on lava or water) without end toggling this power, which ends damaging the player.
