Notes
The ability is just making the sky horizon slightly brighter, but you can't see anything when underground or even at the surface in dark places like under trees.

In fact it appears to be the case with every night vision origins

After Further investigation, it appears there is an Incompatibility with Alex's caves mod smoehow.
