Do you have any ideas about how it could be balanced?
As it stands currently, the heat_powered.json file currently lacks the "type":"origins:on_fire" condition, thus making it so that the description "You take damage if you aren't on fire or submerged in lava." is incorrect, since you will take damage when you are on fire. It's possible to just change the description or modify the heatpowered.json, I'm not quite sure what solution you'd prefer.
