Color filter doesn't load (and can't be turned off)

- Let Us Turn Off Color Overlays
I mean I like the concept, but having everything turned teal permanently is a bit much.
It'd be nice if this mod was compatible with Mod Menu.
If it has one, I can't find it in configs, only lines to disable or enable certain origins.
For example, the ability cooldowns can be edited. If I'm missing something, let me know.
- The color filter doesn't load until I go into third person and then back to first person.
It loads when I press F5 and stays on until I switch dimensions.
- I'm not sure it's intended for Float to take a second to activate. It feels unresponsive.
Well, I've been trying to mess with /powers, but I can't find that filter. It seems I'm stuck not using F5.
