Do you have any ideas about how it could be balanced

Weakened by All:
Reduce damage taken by mobs from Weakened by All to 1.5x damage instead of 2x. Currently very easy to be killed accidentally by both players and mobs with diamond armor on normal difficulty in addition to all other downsides, even easier to die with modded mobs which tend to be much stronger.
