Ice Breath not doing any damage neither does it freeze people

This is on a cracked server on 1.20.2 Mainly used by people using Tlauncher we found out the Ice Breath on Glacier just does nothing of what it says it can do

This is due to internal changes within Minecraft from 1.20.1 to 1.20.2. As such, I will not be able to fix this while maintaining compatibility with both versions. Unfortunately, this will have to stay as is for the meantime until I (eventually) start work on v3.0 which will no longer need to support multiple versions. Apologies for the inconvenience.
