What origin is causing the problem?
Not any particular one, every origin has the same issue :
Half of the feature are disable when reconnecting, such as not the right amount of hearts or you only have one out the two abilities or you dont have the proper height or you don't have some passives.
For instance I had today on rift mage base health bare (instead of 5 hearts) and i didn't have my rift ability.

No particular one.

We are using quite a hand full of mods and it might come from there but it doesn't seems like so, since we had this early on.

From what I can tell from this and previous reports, this seems to be an issue with Origins (Forge) itself (which has been discontinued and so is unlikely to be fixed soon). Unfortunately, I don't think there is anything I can do about this, sorry.
