What power is causing the problem?
no buff in light (there is weakness in sun though and night vision in dark caves)

Notes
When I stand in a dark space/no sunlight, next to a torch/ multiple torches I do not get a buff, am I doing something wrong?

Actually it works ok in the nether, e.g. it gives me speed, but everything else so far, it does not work

update: I tested it with lanterns and it works fine, seems to be mainly/ just torches
