elytrian cannot equip 'elytra allowing items' that arent elytra

*latest version of origins, dragonloot and their dependencies as of this post, as available on curseforge (06-21)
the issue
elytrian cannot equip winged chest plate from dragonloot, as it 'counts as an elytra' even though it technically isnt.
what i expected to happen
elytrian be allowed to equip winged chestplate and potential other modded chestplates that allow elytra flight.
how to reproduce
- install origins and dragonloot
- choose elytrian origin
- attempt to equip winged chestplate
- watch you not be able to equip it
potential fixes
- add config to white list certain 'elytra allowing items' and add things like winged chestplate to the config by default.
- allow elytrian to equip 'elytra allowing items'.
