Hey, just wanted to report that phantom breaks upon death when lithium is installed on a server.
I'm not really sure what's causing this but phantom becomes like human upon death.

STATUS UPDATE: It seems the upon death issue is in all origins not just phantom and phantom had an issue with suffocation.

After looking around in lithium's config it seems that overriding two things to be disabled will fix this issue, though I'm not sure if the /kill issue is on Origin's side or if it's a lithium thing.

mixin.entity.collisions.suffocation=false
