Phantom Origin suffocates when it phases into the wall

Don't really know what to do, I've checked every code and even messed around with lithium but I have no idea what to do now.
Check #473 (comment). Make sure that you modify the server config file for Lithium as well if you're playing on a server that has Lithium installed
