seems to be some issue causing wolf armour to become invisible upon player death
using:
fabric-api-0.25.4+1.16
Origins-1.16.4-0.4.4
wolves-with-armor-1.5.2-1.16.2

happens in creative with kill command too if you wish to quick-check
