On a server me and my friends we're trying all the origins and noticed after trying Fea/Pixie that when using the origin ability on the other origins we would always levitate

This doesn't sound like an issue with the Origins mod itself, but more so on the datapack/addon that adds the Fea/Pixie origin. Have you tried contacting the author of the datapack/addon about the issue?
