I recently installed the Wolves With Armor mod, and noticed that Origins just stopped working with it. When pressing O, it showed the "You can not have any Origins." screen, and trying to grant myself custom powers via /power grant showed that the powers weren't registered either.

I have Inspecio installed, and uninstalling either Inspecio or Wolves With Armor solves it (It only happens if both Inspecio and Wolves With Armor are installed with Origins.)
