[BUG] All origins are displayed in the list suggestions for the `<origin>` argument of the `/origin` command

This can lead to a crash if you were to use an unregistered origin in an origin layer, and try to choose an origin. (Once the origin is set, it'll appear as "Missing" in the "View Origin" screen)
