I'm not sure what version this bug originated in, however when playing as elytrian and activating the claustrophobia power, the previous timer for the powers activation remains instead of counting up from zero, causing the power to eventually build up to instantly debuffing the player with a 3 minute timer.

This was tested in version 10 and 11, both versions having said bug.
